I am moving to the unicorporated area of Ada County (Boise address, but outside city limits). Am I required to get my dog a license?

I live in Idaho.

My crazy X stalks and haunts me, has threatened to kill me.

I want to change my name NOW and move to a different city where he can’t find me, BUT the paperwork say’s that I have to put it in the paper for 4 weeks! THAT’s not going to help me! I might as well just lay in the street.

Isn’t there a way around this?

Please help!! I live in Boise.

Thank you.
I can’t move unless i change my name, he has my social and has used my name and credit. He’ll find me!

the safest cities in the US are the ones with the least amount of gun control such as Boise ID and Kennesaw GA

Contrast that with high gun control municipalities such as St Louis, Chicago, and DC
Michael, if you were packing you might be able to do something about being stuck up in chicago

I want to find out how many/if there are any in my city (Boise, Idaho). I want to know if there are any regulations on placing them outdoors. I was also curious about the price to install them and make them functional in the winter.
It really bothers me that the only public drinking fountains I see in my town are indoors. The population that really needs access to this water will often not be allowed into these businesses.
I want to work to make water available for everyone.
Do any of you have any ideas on how I could start to work for this? I don’t just want to passively observe this issue. I think something should be done!
